Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts our data in Australian Sydney data centres, or in nominated regional centres where required. All facilities comply with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 27018, and IRAP standards.
TeamHQ engages various companies and cloud providers as sub-processors to deliver our services. Changes to sub-processors are communicated to affected customers via email. A list of key sub-processors is available upon request.
If TeamHQ is acquired or sells business units, customer information may transfer as a business asset. Any transferred data will remain subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy.
